Spain’s constitutional court suspends Catalonia independence vote

It’s no surprise that the central government is trying to stop the Catalonia independence vote, and they almost-certainly won’t recognize it if they vote for independence. But the question is: Can they stop it? Short of rolling the tanks in, I don’t see how.
