the purpose of the feds negative tone and the pa we see is generally to keep people out of the mkt and to sell…..until prices are higher when the inevitable b will come in….and thus they can unload the stock that they picked up at lower prices and resell short as investors gallop into the mkt…of course their plans and actions reveal themselves in the larger sense over a longer time frame.(China…Brexit etc)…which are excellent times to invest for longer term low risk gains
